St. Louis University two-star all-purpose back Stephen Simmons has been focused in on two key teams for the past few weeks. Those two teams are now in line for official visits and there is a good chance he'll pick one of those two.
So who are the two you ask?
"It's Northwestern and Indiana," Simmons, who is 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds, said.
"I'm going to visit Northwestern on December 2, and then I'm going to Indiana on December 9. It's likely going to be one of those two schools. I'm going to be picking the school I feel most comfortable with.
"The visits will be key for me."
Simmons said if he doesn't pick Northwestern or Indiana, he'll likely take an official visit to Ohio or Missouri. He said Ohio wants him to come visit in early January and coach Ford from Missouri is talking about brining him in for a trip.
Simmons now that football season is over is focused mainly on track. He was hand-timed at 10.3-seconds in the 100 meters last year and he wants to get his accu-track time of 10.6 down to 10.4.
"I know I can do it," he said.
