Two ACC offers for Ohio FB

Fullback Brock Bolen has the size and strength to be a productive running back or fullback at the college level. He's seeing offers pile up, and he doesn't expect it to slow down anytime soon.
To date Bolen has been offered scholarships from Wisconsin, Ohio State, Northwestern, Michigan State, Maryland, Cincinnati, Miami (Ohio), Ball State, Louisville, Illinois, Wake Forest and Western Kentucky. With a 6-foot-0, 234-pound frame and a 385-pound bench press it's easy to see why.

"Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan State and Ohio State are the schools at the top of my list," said Bolen. "But that's not in any special order. Those four are pretty even in my mind right now, so I want to make it clear that they're about on par with each other. I like their football programs, coaches and the facilities, so they have everything I'd need from a football standpoint. Plus, they're good schools."
If Bolen doesn't head to the Big Ten, Maryland and Wake Forest are also possibilities.
"Both of them are very good, rising programs," he said. "They also have good academics."
Bolen runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds and was a workhorse for Germantown (Ohio) Valley View last year. He carried the ball 298 times for 2,287 yards and 43 touchdowns.
He also showed good hands, catching 18 balls for 337 yards. He earned second team all-state honors, and was first team all-district and area. He's hoping to decide soon, but isn't in a rush.
"I want to make my decision as soon as possible," he said. "But that doesn't mean I'm going to rush it or anything. I'm going to focus on having another great year and make my decision when the time feels right."
