Turner leaves Tuscon with favorite

It was a big official visit weekend for Arizona considering the Texas talent they had in the door like Garland (Texas) Lakeview Centennial wide receiver Terrell Turner who enjoyed his time so much, a decision could be soon.
The 6-foot-3, 180-pound three-star Lone Star product came into his trip with offers from all over the country including Colorado, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Georgia Tech, and many others. After taking trips to see the Jayhawks and the Huskers, Arizona was up next.

"Man, that was great," Turner said about his trip. "We got to talk to everybody from athletic advisors, academic people, weight coaches, recruiting coordinators, and all of the coaching staff. The best part was sitting down with the receivers like Syndric Steptoe. They said they would love to have me there."
Turner also got a chance to watch some film with wide receivers coach Charlie Williams were he picked up on things immediately.
"We were watching some stuff and I was picking up on plays that they ran and everything," Turner said. "Plus, that quarterback they have, that dude is going to be something great."
Turner says Arizona is now the favorite and no other visits are scheduled.
"I'm not taking any more trips," he said. "I'm probably going to make my decision right after the holidays."
