Turnaround For OL
Chester, S.C. offensive lineman Chris White has switched sides. The 6-foot-4, 290-pound senior used to be a heavy Clemson lean. However, now he’s looking at their biggest rival.
“South Carolina looks like a better option right now,” he said. “There seems to be more to do there and they need offensive linemen more. I almost committed to Clemson this summer, but I’m glad I held off.”

White visits Clemson on Jan. 11 and South Carolina on Jan. 18. He also has Maryland scheduled for Jan. 25 and might take a trip to North Carolina as well.
“Right now it’s South Carolina followed by Clemson,” he said. “After that there’s a drop-off.”
