Tulsa safety looking at three

Tulsa (Okla.) Washington safety Jamel Jones earlier was favoring one school, but that has changed as the two-star rated defensive back will take three visits this month.

"Nothing really is new for me," the 6-foot-1, 195-pound Jones said. "I was earlier favoring Kansas quite a bit. I haven't taken any visits, yet. I had thought about Texas A&M last month, but that didn't work out. I will be taking my visits this month. I'll probably be taking the three visits in the next few weeks."

Jones only has one date on the calendar, a Jan. 28 trip to Southwest Missouri State.

"I am also going to visit Kansas and Colorado this month. I don't have dates set, but they are talking to me about visiting. We'll get in touch with the schools early this month and get dates scheduled."

Jones claims offers from all three schools he will be visiting.

"All three have offered me scholarships. I'm not favoring anyone of them right now. I'll visit and then make a decision."
