Tuioti-Mariner looking at more trips

Jacob Tuioti-Mariner just returned from his Boise State official visit and he loved it but the Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco defensive end is not ready to commit just yet.
Still, the 6-foot-2, 248-pound three-star recruit who has really shined in his senior season said Boise State could be difficult to beat although before he makes a decision more visits will take place.

"Boise State is up there," Tuioti-Mariner said. "I just came back from there. It was an awesome visit, really surprised me. I loved it up there. They would be the leader right now."
The St. John Bosco recruit who's mainly focused on finishing out his senior season with a state championship wants to schedule a trip to Fresno State probably for next month and Colorado has gotten more involved so heading to Boulder is being seriously considered as well.
Wisconsin had been showing a lot of interest but the three-star recruit said the Badgers have backed off in recent weeks so they're no longer in the top echelon of teams.
One team that still needs to be considered is UCLA.
Tuioti-Mariner was supposed to talk with assistant coach Angus McClure this past weekend and it seems there is growing interest in the Bosco recruit.
"It would be cool because it would be an opportunity to play in front of my family," Tuioti-Mariner said. "Plus, it's always good to stay local."
