Now he has more news to share.

The 6-foot-5, 262-pound defensive end from Pennsylvania has been proactive in terms of the recruiting process and has official visits lined up to each of the three schools still standing at the top of his list.
"I'm taking an official visit to Boston College on (September) 11, I'll be at West Virginia for the Maryland game (September) 18, and I'm going to take an official visit to Syracuse on October 11."
Over the weekend Trudo made the trip to Akron to watch the Zips, who have also offered him a scholarship, take on Syracuse. It was a good opportunity for him to watch two schools that are both recruiting him.
Syracuse won the game 29-3 and Akron struggled defensively while being unable to get anything going on the offensive side of the ball. The visit seemed to leave a bit of a bad taste in Trudo's mouth, at least as far as Akron is concerned.
"It went alright," he said. "I don't know, it wasn't what I was expecting. I've got to think about this one."
Akron was a long shot going into the trip anyways, as Syracuse, Boston College and West Virginia were at the top of his list.
Trudo does not know whether he will take official visits to any other schools.
