Trojans land super sleeper from the east

The beat goes on for USC. The Trojans landed one of the biggest sleepers on the East Coast in running back/linebacker Tony Hunt (6-2, 220, 4.5) from Alexandria (Va.) T.C. Williams.
The thrashing of USC’s two biggest rivals in consecutive weeks has a buzz circulating around the USC program that hasn’t been there is sometime.

Hunt plays for the school that was made famous in the movie "Remember the Titans". The team is now coached by former USC and NFL great Riki Ellison. The Trojans probably had the inside track due to the connection.
The Trojans get a player in Hunt who has tremendous upsides. He is another solid all-around athlete who could end up playing one of several positions for the Trojans.
The word is the Trojans wanted to lock Hunt up with a commitment because his stock had really begun to soar of late.
Penn State, Notre Dame and several other area schools were starting to recruit heavily.
This a good get for the Trojans who are showing the college football world that they have an eye for talent and know what to do with it once they arrive on campus.
Look for USC’s monster recruiting year to continue.
