Trigg does well in Columbus

Dayton (Ohio) Chaminade-Julienne defensive end Rob Trigg was one of the better looking defensive lineman at the Ohio State summer camp and the 6-foot-2, 232-pounder showed good quickness and very good feet. Some observers called him one of the most polished defenders at the camp.
So far recruiting, though, still has some tarnish. He has verbal offers from Kent State, Toledo and Cincinnati, but he has visions of more schools coming after him hard after the camp performance.

"I think I did well," he said. "As far as agility work, the coaches were saying I did well. I learned some things watching film, new moves and techniques for using my hands. I guess now I know where some coaches are coming from and how they feel about me."
Several school indicated after the camp that they're going to recruit him harder.
"I think Miami of Ohio, Bowling Green and Ohio State all seemed very interested," Trigg said. "Ohio State said a few good things about me. But right now, I'm likely leaning toward Cincinnati. My dad and I went up there, seen the new facilities and met the coaches. I just liked it."
Trigg would like to hear more from Big 10 schools like Michigan State, Iowa, Purdue and Ohio State.
