CLASS OF 2019 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | State | Position | Team

If you track recruits for a living and follow their day to day recruitment, then you see a lot of twists and turns and ebbs and flows as it plays out. A new offer, a phone call or even a text message can quickly change things for a recruit, but at this time, we see Alabama, Florida State, LSU and Michigan trending for this talented quartet.

ASK FARRELL: Why are so many young QBs transferring?

Who’s trending: Florida State

Late last week, McLendon cut his list to Florida, Florida State and NC State. The Gators were the first to offer and he is set to visit NC State officially in a couple of weeks, but since the Seminoles offered in the spring, they have been in control. Willie Taggart had McLendon back in Tallahassee again over the weekend they are the team to beat. A decision is likely by the end of the month.

Who’s trending: LSU

Stingley is fresh off his official visit to Florida and he has already taken his official visit to Texas, but it still looks like both schools are chasing the in-state LSU Tigers. Stingley has been committed to LSU before and a summer decision is likely for the five-star out of Baton Rouge. Corey Raymond is the lead recruiter here and Stingley is still on record with LSU as his No. 1 school.

Who’s trending: Michigan

Turner has turned his focus to Clemson, Florida, Michigan and Notre Dame with a decision date of June 25. He has already taken an official visit to Florida and he has official visits scheduled to South Bend (June 15) and Michigan (June 25). Clemson has had him on campus more than any of those three schools. The Wolverines have the visit right before his commitment, they really seemed to make a move when he was in Ann Arbor in April. Is his mind already made up? One program seems to be really trending right now.

Who’s trending: Alabama

Webb just visited LSU over the weekend, then Alabama to start the week and he has visited Auburn, Georgia and Tennessee over the spring, but can anyone beat the Crimson Tide? Webb has not named anyone his favorite yet, but behind the scenes, it seems all are chasing Nick Saban and Alabama. Brent Key and Webb have a strong connection as do Webb and a few Alabama commitments, so we will watch this race all the way to December, but early in June, Webb looks to be Alabama’s to lose.
