Trail gets an offer he was waiting on

One of the most unique and versatile athletes in the country, much less Dade County is Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington defensive end Lynden Trail. However, up until today, Trail had offers from Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Tennessee and others but no offer from the biggest presence in south Florida, the Miami Hurricanes. That has now changed.
"I got the U offer," Trail said over text on Friday afternoon. "Man I feel great about this Miami offer. They're right up there with Florida and Florida State."

The offer comes just days after Trail's teammate wide receiver Quinton Dunbar committed to Miami. The Hurricanes also signed three of his former teammates in the class of 2008 so the assumption would be that the Hurricanes sit in a very good position for Trail's signature. The 6-7 defensive end denies that a commitment is imminent.
"My Godfather is a UM fan, I grew up loving the U but this doesn't mean they're automatically my choice for colleges. But they are one of my choices."
Currently, Trail is competing in track following a big basketball season in which he averaged 25 points, 16 rebounds, 8 blocks and 5 assists per game.
