Tough decision for Copeland

Port St. Lucie (Fla.) Treasure Coast three-star athlete Travares Copeland has narrowed his list of offers to just two finalists - Florida International and West Virginia. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect says choosing from the two will be a difficult task.
"Very hard decision," Copeland said of what is ahead of him over the next two days.

The Sunshine State prospect talked a bit about each of his two finalists and why they stand out heading into the final days of the recruiting process.
"They have a great group of staff," Copeland said of Florida International. "I would also be playing with the No. 3 (jersey). If I commit, they want me to play as a true freshman. It is home and I love Florida."
"It is a great program," Copeland said of West Virginia. "It is different from Florida. I love the fact that they are Nike. I also love that I would be playing with the No. 4 (jersey) if I commit. Plus, the coaches are great."
Copeland, who is set to announce on Wednesday morning, says he has yet to reach his final decision. In fact, he said he is hoping for a higher power to provide some guidance.
"God," Copeland said when asked how he will figure things out. "He will provide me with a sign because I am confused."
Over his four-year career, Copeland was 246-for-480 passing for 4,028 yards and 44 touchdowns. He also rushed 262 times for 1,142 yards and 14 touchdowns. As a receiver, a position he rarely played, he had 17 receptions for 161 yards and a touchdown.
