Torzy has favorites in mind

Warren (Mich.) DeLaSalle linebacker Shane Torzy, the son of Mark Torzy who was an offensive tackle for the Michigan Wolverines from 1975-79, certainly would have an interest in following in his father's footsteps.
Shane Torzy went to a number of the Wolverines games last season and will spend a week of his summer at Michigan's football camp in June.

"I went to a bunch of Michigan and Michigan State games last season," Torzy said. "I'm going to Michigan, Michigan State, and Eastern Michigan for camps this summer.
"I'll go for a day at Michigan State and Eastern Michigan, and the full week at Michigan. I want to go to Cincinnati's camp too. And I'm going to the NIKE Camp in Columbus May 5."
When asked which schools he is interested in, Torzy said, "Michigan, Michigan State, Eastern Michigan, Stanford, there's a bunch of them.
"I still get stuff from Iowa and Wisconsin too. And Indiana and Notre Dame."
But the Wolverines and Spartans currently stand out.
"I've always liked Michigan," Torzy said. "And Michigan State too."
The 6-foot-2 and 190-pound Torzy played outside linebacker and wide receiver during his junior season. He also did his teams punting and kicking. Torzy will likely play outside linebacker or strong safety in college.
