Top three remains for Hytchye

Cincinnati (Ohio) LaSalle three-star cornerback Jaleel Hytchye came into his senior season with more than a dozen scholarship offers and three favorites atop his list. This weekend, he updated his recruitment and fall visit plans.
"It's kind of going steady right now and I'm just playing the game," Hytchye said. "I'm focused on the season and not too worried about [recruiting]."

Hytchye did get a chance to see his first college game this past weekend, and the matchup featured one of his top three schools.
"I went to the UC game this past week against Pitt," Hytchye said. "That was the only game I got to go to thus far. I loved the atmosphere and the game speed is so much faster."
Pitt sits in Hytchye's current top three along with Arizona State and Northwestern. The Panthers dropped the Big East contest to Cincinnati, but Hytchye was still able to get a feel for their defensive preferences.
"I was watching Pittsburgh's corners and see how they play," Hytchye said. "Hopefully I can get up there this weekend. I want to see them play Virginia Tech."
A visit to Arizona State will likely be official, but he does plan to make an unofficial game visit to Northwestern later this month.
"I'm going in two weeks when they play Indiana," Hytchye said. "That's going to be a big factor for me… I can't wait to see it."
The 5-foot-11, 165-pound Hytchye has not been tested in coverage much this fall. In game two of his season they threw his way and he returned the interception 60 yards for a touchdown.
