Garden City (Kan.) Community College running back Andre Hall took his last official visit over the weekend. And now he’s set to sign on Wednesday.
“I had a good trip this weekend to Texas A&M,’ the 5-foot-10, 205-pound Hall said. “Everything was nice. They had everything I was looking for. They offered me a scholarship, but I’ve decided not to go there.

“I committed to South Florida earlier this afternoon. I called up (South Florida) Coach (Jim) Leavitt and said I was coming. I’ll sign on Wednesday morning.”
The other schools in pursuit of the Miami-area native were fighting something they could not offer.
“The school being back home was the biggest factor,” he said. “My parents are old and they need some help. I felt better if I was close to them in case they needed me. I am going to call the other schools later on and let them know, or they will call me.”
