Top performers: National Select 7-on-7 Championships

Recruiting Wrap: Moss has a top eight of N.C. State,
West Virginia, UCLA,
Arizona State, Georgia, Oregon, Alabama and
Miami.
Performance: Question his speed, but do not question his ability to catch the
football. Moss made play after play for Mallard Creek and was routinely able to
slip past defenders. He made acrobatic reception after reception and was one of
the most reliable receiving threats at the tournament. In tough situations
everyone knew Moss would be one of the first options and it did not seem to
matter. With multiple defenders on his back he was able to make quick
adjustments, find the football and make the catch.

ATH
Qwazavia Lee
Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County
Recruiting Wrap: Lee holds scholarship offers from Iowa, Georgia Southern, South
Alabama, Arkansas State, Southern Miss, South Alabama, Middle Tennessee State
and Colorado State.
Performance: Lee was 'Mr. Shake and Bake.' Need a big play over the middle?
Give
the ball to Lee. Left and right he left players grasping at air. Need speed to
stretch the field? Dial it up to Lee. Despite being only 5-foot-8, he routinely
got behind defenders and ran away from the defense. There was not anyone who was
able to keep him under wraps throughout tournament play. The all-purpose
back/slot receiver was a big play waiting to happen.

TE
Shaun Bonner
Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County
Recruiting Wrap: Bonner has received interest from Southern Miss and Colorado
State.
Performance: Bonner was the thunder to Lee's lightning. The 6-foot-3, 250-pound
tight end is stout and strong and he made one-handed reception after reception.
His game is not flashy but he made plays and he was very sure handed. His route
running is not the cleanest but his wide body allowed him to post up defenders
on a regular basis and his soft hands allowed him to gobble up touchdowns and
conversions.

OLB
Ja'Quain Blakely
Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County
Recruiting Wrap: Blakely has a top two of Florida and
Tennessee.
Performance: Blakely was one of the more physically imposing players in
attendance. His long wing span allows him to cover a large amount of space, and
his lateral movement allows him to get where he needs to be on the field. He
already has the look of an SEC linebacker and he is comfortable in coverage
situations.
6
WR
Xavier Lane
Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
Recruiting Wrap: Lane has scholarship offers from Cincinnati,
Troy and
Jacksonville State. He is also receiving interest from Florida and Louisville.
Performance: Lane was the big play threat on the outside for Carver. The
6-foot-3, 185-pound Lane was at his best in jump ball situations. It did not
matter who was around, Lane was going to go up and get the football. His biggest
play was a game winning Hail Mary reception to claim a last-second win and move
Carver another round in tournament play.

OLB
Lyndell Wilson
Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
Recruiting Wrap: Alabama, Oregon and USC are among the schools in the mix for
Wilson.
Performance: Wilson spent his day as a running back and it was definitely an eye
opener. He showed off his agility and hands on the offensive side of the ball
and he proved to be a big play threat. His sure hands made him a reliable target
for Carver's quarterback, and he helped spark a nice run during tournament
action on Saturday.

CB
Cravont Charleston
Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek
Recruiting Wrap: Charleston is receiving significant interest from
North Carolina.
Performance: There may not have been a faster prospect in the tournament field.
He has clocked one of the fast 100 meter times in the country and it showed with his
play at cornerback. He was able to lock up receivers throughout the day and had
a few interceptions. In the first game he sealed the victory with his
interception in the closing seconds of competition.
9
S
Antonio Nelson
Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
Recruiting Wrap: Nelson has yet to receive an offer.
Performance: The long safety showed the range to cover the back end of the
defensive secondary. He made quick reads and jumped in front of passes to make
plays. He also came in on offense and came up with one of the biggest plays of
the tournament when he caught a jump ball Hail Mary to help Carver survive and
advance.
10
OLB
Jeremiah Moon
Hoover (Ala.)
Recruiting Wrap: Auburn, Florida, Louisville and South Carolina are among those
who have offered Moon.
Performance: The biggest asset Moon possesses when it comes to 7-on-7
play is his
great length. His wingspan allows him to close passing lanes in a hurry and make
quarterbacks put just a little more air under the ball than they want. He was
able to stick with receivers throughout the tournament and was a strong point
for
one of the tournament's toughest defenses.
11
WR
Marlon Williams (2017)
Mobile (Ala.) McGill Toolen
Recruiting Wrap: Williams has scholarship offers from Southern Miss, Troy and
South Alabama
Performance: The 6-foot, 190-pound receiver already has a very strong build and
he already has the attention of college coaches across the country. In Hoover he
ran crisp routes, showed strong hands, and he made several big plays when his
team needed them the most. He came up clutch more than a few times.
12
DE
 Josh Brown
Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek
Recruiting Wrap: Brown is committed to Florida State.
Performance: Brown may be listed as a defensive end in the database, but he was
standing up and looking very good at linebacker for Mallard Creek on Saturday.
He showed some impressive range and moved well laterally. His coverage abilities
seemed to improve as the day went on and he was also a very imposing figure on
the second level of Mallard Creek's defense.
