Wayne has committed to Oklahoma.
He said the coaching staff's enthusiasm and the football complex as his main reasons for the decision.
"They also pay a lot of attention to athletics at Oklahoma," Wayne said.
He was recruited as an outside linebacker and will probably get to play early in his college career.
His first game of this season is August 30th against North Kansas City High.
