Top LB Still Has Same Favorite

College Park (Ga.) Banneker linebacker Tyrone Cox has been a tough man to track down this season. However, many college coaches have been tracking Cox and with more than 30 offers the 6-foot-1, 215-pounder can pick and choose where he wants to go.
“I still want to be a Hurricane,” said Cox. “I’ve always wanted to play for Miami and I’ve been waiting for them to offer for a while. Now I finally have an offer, but I still want to take my trips.”

Cox also lists Georgia, NC State, Florida State and Oklahoma among his leaders and wants to set up visits to all of them.
“Georgia has been on me the most and they really want me to stay in state,” he said. “I’ve already been there but I’ll probably take an official visit to see them as well as the rest. I’ll decide around Letter of Intent Day.”
Cox has 10 sacks in six games this season, a pace he’s not thrilled with.
“They always seem to know where I am and they’re making sure they roll away from me,” he said. “I can still get 20 sacks I think.”
