"I hope he goes to South Carolina," Joe Blackard's wife said this morning. "I have family there."
Joe Blackard, who is the 6-foot-7, 325 pound offensive lineman from College of the Canyons in California, originally played defensive tackle for Anchorage High School in Alaska.
"He has visits planned for January to Oklahoma State (where his father played football), South Carolina and Central Florida."
