Micah
Andrews, the son of former Auburn and Atlanta Falcons running back
William Andrews, said he took in the Georgia-Clemson opener on Saturday and has
been glued to the TV since then.
"The Georgia game was great -- a lot of fun," he said. "The
enthusiasm of the crowd was awesome. Both of those teams have been talking to
me, so I enjoyed watching them play. They're both good teams.
"I also watched LSU yesterday, and I'm watching Auburn play
USC right now. I'm pulling for Auburn in that one."
Andrews received calls from Vanderbilt, Virginia and Boston
College since Sunday, the first day college coaches could begin making them
again.
"Vandy was the most interesting," he said. "They called and
told me they really needed some help, needed me bad, and wanted me to come up
there.
"But everything else is still pretty much the same. My top
five is still LSU, Boston College, Georgia, Tulane and Vandy."
Andrews, who rushed for 1,784 yards and 28 touchdowns last
year to earn all-state honors at Greater Atlanta Christian, has offers from each
of those except Georgia at this point. He is a member of the Rivals.com Georgia Top 50
team.
