The offers are starting to roll in for one of the South's top offensive
linemen.

Jarrod
Britt, a 6-foot-5, 270-pound guard from McEachern High School, currently
has seven primary offers he's considering.
"I've got offers from Auburn, Alabama, Florida,
Kentucky, Clemson, Maryland and Arkansas," he said. "Those are the main ones I'm
looking at right now. I'll be visiting all of them to see what they're about."
Conspicuously absent from his current list is the team
he's called his favorite in the past, the home state Georgia Bulldogs.
"I'm not sure what's going to happen there," he said.
"I've talked with them a few times lately, but it sounds like they're looking
for bigger people or something."
With the lack of an offer from the Bulldogs, the rival
Florida Gators have vaulted to his top spot, although he says he's "keeping
things open."
"I love the SEC," he added. "It's the best competition
in the nation. I'm mainly looking for somewhere I can fit in and have a chance
to play for a conference and national championship."
Britt (4.87 forty, 360 bench, 550 squat) said he doesn't
plan to attend any more individual camps this summer. He'll attend team camp
with his McEachern squad. "I'm spending most of my time, about six days a week,
working out and getting ready for this coming season."
