Top five coming from Harris

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Prior to making his way to Gridiron Kings, Orlando (Fla.) Dr. Phillips four-star safety Marcell Harris dropped by the University of Florida on Friday for the annual Friday Night Lights event. He talked about that event on Saturday afternoon.
"Last night really I was just out there chilling, watching some of the guys, some of the 2014 and 2013 guys going up against each other," Harris said of Friday Night Lights. "I was just out there hanging out with the guys."

The 6-foot-1, 207-pound safety didn't spend much time talking with defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson, who has been heavily involved in his recruitment, but was able to watch him work with defensive backs on the field.
"Other than in the camp when he was coaching, really I was just out there watching him," Harris said. "When I got a chance to talk to him, I talked to him about a couple of things."
The Rivals100 defender also caught up quickly with head coach Will Muschamp.
"I walked across the field and saw him in the middle of the field. I gave him a handshake," Harris said. "He was wondering how everything was going and how the process is going."
One group who was recruiting Harris during the visit to Florida was the current commitments to the Gators.
"All the guys, they have their little games," Harris said. "They always try to put something in my ear. But I am a man of my own decisions and I am trying to make this right and make sure everything is going to be right for me."
Harris doesn't intend to rush into a decision. He is now turning his focus to official visits. He has planned his first, which will be to Texas.
"I think it is Sept. 1st," Harris said. "I am going to go up there.
"Whoever else is in my top five, I am going to try to make it up there for a game during the season," Harris added.
The Central Florida prospect indicated that he hopes to release a top five on Sunday.
