Top D-lineman has action picking up

Top defensive tackle Lawrence "Moe" Dampeer's days are getting busy at his school.
"I (his high school coach did) talked to Tennessee today," the 6-foot-5, 275 pound defensive tackle from Decatur, Illinois said. "They are going down to the combine here at Decatur Memorial. They are very interested in me. It is a big program."

Besides visits from the Tennessee coach, his high school coach has had visits from the coaches from Florida, Florida State and Miami.
And: "Oklahoma has stopped by too."
Dampeer has been a varsity starter on both sides of the ball since his sophomore season.
During his junior season, he made 96 tackles including 12 sacks.
He was named first team all-conference as a sophomore and as a junior.
