The awards came in bunches after his outstanding junior season. Radovich was 1st-team all-league, all-CIF and underclass all-state. He was also selected 2nd-team all-county.
Radovich ended his junior season weighing in at 260 pounds and now he tips the scale at 285. To top it off, he still young just turning 17 years old.
The scouting report on Radovich is he is super quick for a big man. For the first 15 yards, Radovich is as fast as anyone. He can pull and trap with the best of them.
Radovich blew away everyone in attendance at the Nike combine held at USC last April when he ran a 4.03 shuttle run. His shuttle performance had him up with the defensive backs/wide receivers/running backs of the day and landed in the top five of everyone at the combine.
Radovich has been working hard in the off season and now benches 285 pounds, squats 495 and has recorded a 26-inch vertical jump.
Radovich has offers from Arizona, ASU, Oregon, Oregon State, USC, Washington, Washington State, Cal, Colorado, UTEP and SDSU.
Does Radovich have any favorites?
“I would say Washington, USC and Colorado,” Radovich said. “I am also very interested in UCLA and if the Bruins would offer they would be in my group of favorite schools too.”
What is Radovich looking for in a school?
“The main thing would be how I get along with the offensive line coach,” Radovich. “I will be spending a lot of time with him. Another consideration is how I will fit into their offensive scheme.”
Pac10Recruiting will keep you informed on the recruiting adventures of Radovich as they develop.
