Top 5 Impending Commits: Mid-South

Recruiting wrap: Wallace committed early to TCU, but he has since re-opened his recruiting process. The four-star recently visited Texas and Texas A&M and has received increased interest from Oklahoma and California. He has not set a schedule for an announcement, but he is one to keep an eye on over the next few months.
Likely destination: Texas and Texas A&M have made a strong impression over the last few weeks. He does have a good relationship with current Texas A&M Aggie Ricky Seals-Jones, and the Aggies are my prediction.
Analyst breakdown: Wallace is a big prospect at 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds. He has played on both sides of the ball throughout his varsity career and he is attracting most of his college attention on the defensive side. He is a physical cornerback and he also has the ability to work at safety.

QB
Bowman Sells
Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy
Recruiting wrap: Sells holds offers from Clemson, Iowa, Ohio State, SMU, and Texas. He has already visited SMU and he plans to visit Texas and Houston. He already has a relationship with assistant coach Tom Herman at Houston from Herman's days at Ohio State. He plans to graduate early and he also plans to make his decision before his senior season.
Likely destination: He has kept things pretty even, but keep an eye on SMU. Coach Chad Morris has an established relationship with Sells and was among the first to offer while he was offensive coordinator at Clemson.
Analyst breakdown: Sells is a smooth executor at the quarterback position, where he ranks 11th nationally as a pro-style QB. He is decisive and throws with precision. His quick release allows him to get the ball out of his hands quick and he also has some nice footwork.

LB
Travez Moore
Bastrop, La.
Recruiting wrap: Moore grabbed an early offer from LSU and has the Tigers high on his list. He has taken a couple of trips to Baton Rouge, and he hopes to visit Houston and Florida soon. He has not scheduled an announcement.
Likely destination: LSU
Analyst breakdown: Moore is known for his speed and range. His first step is quick and he gets up field in a hurry. He is ranked No. 44 at outside linebacker, but he could also attract attention as a weakside defensive end.
5
OL
Riley Anderson and Austin Anderson
Mineola, Texas
Recruiting wrap: The Anderson brothers have been some of the hottest prospects in the region over the last few months. They have also been among the busiest, with trip after trip on their schedule. Baylor, TCU, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Texas Tech have been among their visits. They have not named any leaders, but they do hope to make a decision by August.
Likely destination: This is a shot in the dark at this point, but Oklahoma State, TCU, and Texas Tech are three programs to watch. All three have had some nice success in East Texas. If I had to make a prediction I would say TCU.
Analyst breakdown: Both are big, versatile linemen who can play up and down the line. They have the size and feet to play offensive tackle, but also have the skills to move inside to guard or center. Both are noted for their mean streak and are ranked No. 89 (Austin) and 90 (Riley) inside the state of Texas.
