Top 5 Impending Commits: Mid-Atlantic

Recruiting wrap: Kendall recently decommitted from Tennessee and now
Kentucky
sits atop his leaders. Auburn, Florida and Oklahoma are definitely in the mix ,but it will be important for them to get Kendall on campus before he makes his decision in the next month or so. Kendall did visit Oklahoma this weekend and gave the Sooners a very positive review.
Likely destination: Kentucky
Analyst breakdown: Kendall is a very developed passer with a crisp, compact throwing motion. His great accuracy stems from his very good footwork and balance. It is pretty easy to see in games how well he can decipher defenses and know where to throw the ball. There are some that question Kendall's arm strength, but he put those concerns to bed over the weekend at the Rivals Quarterback Challenge Presented by Under Armour when he was throwing lasers around the field and 45-yard bombs.

QB
Dwayne Haskins Jr.
Potomac (Md.) Bullis School
Recruiting wrap: Most believe Haskins will end up at Maryland because of how many times he has visited the Terps and his countless connections to the program, but there are plenty of other schools in the mix. Over the past 10 days
he has visited Notre Dame, Duke and Florida but schools like LSU,
Michigan, Penn State and some others are also in play. Look for a decision from Haskins in late April or early May.
Likely destination: Maryland
Analyst breakdown: There may not be a smoother passer in the 2016 class than Haskins. His ability to see the field and deliver the ball quickly and accurately on a consistent basis regardless of the coverage make him one of the top quarterbacks in the country. Haskins has done a good job of developing his body
to make himself more durable and more college ready. He is also more athletic than most people think and has the ability to take off down field if his receivers are covered. Probably the best parts of Haskins' game are his accurate deep passes and his ability to put touch on his passes.

QB
Jarrett Guarantano
Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic
Recruiting wrap: Guarantano has been close to committing a few times but it looks like his recruitment will end in mid-April. Ohio State was the leader
early on but the Buckeyes have fallen off the pace over the past month or so.
Urban Meyer will get his chance to impress when the Rivals100 quarterback returns to Columbus in early April. Tennessee made a very good impression on Guarantano when he was in Knoxville earlier this week but
Rutgers, the hometown
team, is still very much in the mix.
Likely destination: Tennessee
Analyst breakdown: Guarantano's teammates didn't do him any favors last season but he still played like a Rivals100 prospect. His arm strength, vision and playmaking ability while on the run gives his team a chance to score on virtually every play. When Guarantano is able to set his feet and read the defense, he has very little trouble finding the open receiver.

OL
Clark Yarbrough
Woodberry Forest (Va.) Woodberry Forest School
Recruiting wrap: Yarbrough has largely kept to himself over the past few weeks,
but things look to be winding down for him -- expect him to name a top five in April and commit some time in May. The schools that look to be very involved in his
recruitment are Clemson, Virginia, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Penn State,
Duke, California, Stanford and some others.
Likely destination: Clemson
Analyst breakdown: College coaches love Yarbrough's potential and versatility. He has the frame to pack on a lot more muscle and he already he a good foundation. Technically, Yarbrough is very far along in his development. He understands how to use leverage, runs his feet on contact when run blocking and has a natural tenacity on the field.
