Justin Flowe is one of the top 2020 linebackers nationally and one of the best prospects in California for his recruiting class.
Ohio State has taken notice.
The Buckeyes are the latest offer for the Upland, Calif., standout who finished with 119 tackles and six sacks in his sophomore season.
When Flowe first heard about it, the 2020 linebacker hardly believed what he was hearing. He was thrilled, though, and it’s definitely a big offer early in his recruitment.
“I was so excited when I heard the news,” Flowe said.
“Didn’t believe it at first and then I saw tweets about it. I’m just trying to stay humble and work a lot harder this offseason. I want to be ready.”
So far, the 6-foot-2, 201-pound linebacker has landed offers from Ohio State, Colorado State, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, San Diego State, San Jose State, UCLA, USC, Utah and Washington State.
Flowe said new interest has been regularly coming in from Washington and Notre Dame.
