Jake Smith has been landing major offers through a junior season where he has dominated on offense.

His latest offer might be his biggest one yet.

Alabama is the newest school to offer the 2019 four-star athlete from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Notre Dame Prep and he’s definitely interested early on in the Crimson Tide.

“Coach (Tosh) Lupoi and I have been talking for a while now and he's always wanted me to come visit,” Smith said.

“I couldn't get out there during the season but I'm planning to go after. He texted me and said, ‘Call me,’ so I called him right away. He said that coach (Nick) Saban is fired up about me and they want to offer me a full ride. This one is really surreal and it means a lot.”

A dynamic playmaker on offense, Smith finished with 1,109 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns and also caught 30 passes for 966 yards and 14 scores on a team that went 13-1.

The 2019 four-star said USC, Michigan State, Oregon, Texas and Washington have been showing new interest recently.

So far, Smith has landed offers from Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Cal, Duke, Illinois, Indiana, Memphis, Nevada, Northwestern, Penn State, Syracuse, UCLA, Utah, Vanderbilt, Washington State and Wisconsin.
