Robert Meachem has shocked the recruiting world and so has Phillip Fulmer.
"I'm going to Tennessee," Meachem, the five-star receiver from Tulsa Booker T. Washington, said just moments ago at his signing day news conference.

Meachem picked the Tennessee over LSU, Oklahoma and UCLA, which he all visited in January.
He was joined at the signing ceremony with his mother and other family members.
