Tolzien has Big Ten visit in mind

Palatine (Ill.) Fremd quarterback Scott Tolzien has made two official visits. He is hoping for at least one more.
"I visited Kentucky and Toledo," Tolzien said. "I'm still looking at both. I'm still open to anyone."

Tolzien says some other schools are showing interest.
"I'm hearing from a few," he said. "Wisconsin in particular. Paul Chryst has called."
However Tolzien is waiting for a scholarship offer from the Badgers.
"I won't visit unless I get a scholarship offer," he said. "I'll definitely visit if they offer."
A leader has yet to emerge for Tolzien's services.
"I don't have a favorite," he said. "We just sent out tapes to a bunch of schools."
The 6-foot-2 and 174-pound Tolzien threw for 2000 yards in leading his team to a 10-1 record this past season. Tolzien threw for 26 touchdowns with just five interceptions.
Tolzien is the No. 32 pro-style quarterback in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 29 prospect in the state of Illinois.
