Toal talks about Miami

Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep linebacker Brian Toal took his second official visit this past weekend and was joined by an impressive list of recruits down at Miami. How did it go?
"I liked it, I had a good time," said the 6-foot-2, 228-pounder of Miami. "I was hosted by Leon Williams and hung out with most of the linebackers. They're losing five linebackers this year so there's a good chance to step in and play right away. Miami is an impressive place."

Toal was on his official visit with such notables as Adrian Peterson, Ted Ginn, Early Doucet and Fred Davis.
"There were a lot of good players there and a bunch of us will be in the U.S. Army Bowl in January," he said. "There was already some smack talk going on."
Toal has already visited Boston College, where his brother Greg plays. So how do they compare?
"I felt more comfortable at BC because I know everyone and have for years," he said. "I also got much more attention at BC because they didn't have the same level of recruits coming in for their visits. As far as the two schools and programs are concerned, I think their even in my mind. The biggest difference is that I know I could play right away at BC while at Miami it depends on some other factors."
Is Toal done with his visits and ready to decide?
"No, I think I might take a couple more trips but that's not for sure," he said. "If I do it would be between Virginia Tech, Penn State, Notre Dame and Tennessee. I go to San Antonio for the bowl game next week so I'll know more after that."
Toal is ranked as the No. 23 player in the nation by Rivals.com.
