Wyckoff (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep star linebacker Brian Toal will bring a posse of friends and family to the Manhattan ESPN SportsZone on Wednesday where he plans to announce his college choice on national television. Has he narrowed down his choices?
"Not really," laughed the 6-foot-2, 228-pounder who is ranked as the No. 25 prospect in the country by Rivals.com. "I wish I knew where I was going. I have a good idea of my top teams, but I can't say that anyone is out of the race. BC, Miami, Rutgers, Tennessee and Penn State are all in it."
In fact, his top three changes quite a bit.

"Everytime I think I might want to go to Miami, I think about Tennessee and then Penn State," he said. "And Rutgers was an awesome time this weekend. BC is always in the mix and will be one of my finalists, but my whole family goes back and forth on everything nightly. It's kind of funny."
Toal expects to sit down on Tuesday night with his family and at least narrow things down to two schools. He said his decision on Wednesday could come down to "a gut feeling I have at the time." He was hoping this would be easier.
"I thought this would be a piece of cake," he said. "I honestly thought I'd know exactly where I'm going by now. This is crazy because it's just a day away."
Toal's announcement will be carried live on ESPN and ESPNews between 4-5PM EST on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
