TN lineman picks up offer from Saban

Add another offer to the list for Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy offensive guard Alex Bullard. Already holding offers from such SEC powers as Tennessee, Auburn and Kentucky, Bullard recently found out about another school to add to his list.
"Alabama offered me today," Bullard said. "My offensive line coach he called Coach Saban because they said they wanted to talk to me and he played me a voicemail where they said that. I called Coach Saban and he said that they really like me."

The offer comes fresh off of the heels of a Bullard's attendance at an Alabama Junior Day in which he came away impressed with both Saban and his facilities.
"When I went to the Junior Day, I talked to [Coach Saban] and I was really impressed with what he has to say and the way he goes about things," he said. "I'm interested in all of the schools that offer me but when I went up there I really liked the facilities and the offensive line coach I really liked so it seems like a great environment."
The offer didn't come as a complete shock to Bullard just as many of these offers are beginning to be expected.
"I knew they had strong interest in me but I really didn't know that they were going to offer me," he said.
As the offseason continues for Bullard, he will continue to work on his game and attempt to lead his team back to its second straight state championship appearance.
