Tiemann keeping busy with football

Pflugerville, Texas linebacker Luke Tiemann has kept busy this fall with his own schedule and keeping up with the recruiting phone calls.
“It has been a pretty busy month,” the 6-foot-3, 215-pound Tiemann said. “The phone calls have been coming and I’ve been to a couple games too.”

The two games the two-star rated linebacker took in were both Texas Longhorns games. The first was a game in Austin against Arkansas and then a game in Houston against Rice.
“I enjoyed my trip to Austin,” he said. “I got to check out their facilities and the entire program while I was there. It was a good time.”
Tiemann currently holds scholarship offers from Wisconsin, TCU, Oklahoma State, Colorado and Houston.
Tiemann has helped lead Pflugerville to a 2-1 record so far on the season.
“We have gotten off to a pretty good start,” he said. “We’re still hoping to keep up the winning until late in the season. One of our goals is to make the playoffs. Hopefully we can do that and then keep it going from there.”
