Three visits planned for Jacobs

Athlete Davon Jacobs of Wayne (N.J.) DePaul has over ten offers, but has remained fairly quiet recently. However, the talented Jersey athlete will soon hit the road with three scheduled visits to Big East and ACC programs.
"Recruiting is good," said Jacobs, who is 6-foot-0 and 185-pounds. "I'm up to 11 offers so far."

Jacobs mentioned that Illinois, Central Florida and West Virginia are his three most recent offers and that Rutgers has been pursuing him the hardest in the last month.
With his last visit being over a month ago to a UConn junior day, Jacobs will hit the road once again this month.
"I'm going to Rutgers, UConn and BC," said Jacobs. "That's what I have planned right now. UConn is the 16th, Rutgers is the 30th and I forget about the BC date."
Considering his upcoming visit schedule it shouldn't be surprising that he mentioned the Rutgers, Connecticut and Boston College coaching staff's as the three that have made the biggest impression on him to this point.
As he gets more familiar with each of the schools that have offered, Jacobs is looking for a few specific things.
"I'm looking for a good education, will I play there and do I fit in socially with the other players," said Jacobs, who mentioned that he does not have a time frame at this point for a final decision.
