Three Teams For DE
Rutgers University put on a show last Friday night and top football recruits from around the Garden State where there to join in the fun. One such player was defensive end Omar Savage of Piscataway, N.J. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound rush end has Rutgers on the top of his list with Maryland and Clemson.
"It was very exciting being at Rutgers Friday night. The fans were going crazy and some of them even knew who I was, I would have never expected that."

The Rutgers football celebration was a big party; its purpose was to celebrate a new football season and new football attitude at the state university.
"I'm glad I went. I wasn't sure what it was all about until I showed up, but it was really awesome. I'll also be attending a few practices over the next few weeks."
Omar will look to make a decision soon, but not as soon as some would hope.
"My decision should come sometime in September or October. I like Rutgers a lot, but I want to check out other schools as well. I think that in order for me to make the right decision I need to have no doubt when I do decide."
Savage would like to take visits to Maryland and Clemson before he decides.
