Three-star WR focusing on three

Three-star wide receiver Taijuan Thomas is focused on three schools. The Monroe (La.) Ouachita Parish prospect is in the process of wrapping up one visit and plans to head to the other two schools in the future.
"Everything is going good," he said. "Houston, Northwestern and Stanford are my top three. I'm really down to those three."

Thomas also has an idea of when he would like to make his final decision.
"I'm trying to get it over with before the football season starts," he said. "I want to visit all of them."
As he's looking for a school, Thomas discussed what he wants.
"You know, I want to make sure the campus is good," he said. "I'm probably going to be there four or five years. I want to be somewhere I can live. I want somewhere that actually wants me there. That's most of what I'm looking for."
Thomas is coming off a trip to Stanford.
"I'm flying out today [Sunday]," he said. "I went to their junior day on Saturday."
His first visit to Stanfard definitely seemed to leave a favorable impression.
"It's great," said Thomas. "The campus was awesome and I liked it. I like the campus. They have great scenery and a lot of history. It's just the facilities too. They are really good and they are building more too. It's going to get better. It was a pretty nice trip. I liked the coaching staff too, the head coach is very cool."
Though he does not have specific dates set yet, Thomas noted that he plans to try and visit Northwestern and Houston before the end of the summer.
Thomas posted 45 receptions for 759-yards and nine total touchdowns as a junior last season.
