SAN DIEGO – Andre Hunt admits USC is nearly impossible to beat in his recruitment.

But the three-star receiver who pledged to the Trojans this summer said he wants to take at least two Pac-12 visits just to see what some other schools have to offer.

“I want to take ones to Washington State and Arizona,” Hunt said after his Lancaster (Calif.) Paraclete team beat San Diego (Calif.) Helix recently in the Honor Bowl.

“Arizona has been talking to me a little bit and I just want to see what they have to offer.

“Washington State has been on me since my sophomore year. They were the second team to offer me so I just want to see the love out there and see what they have to offer, too.”

Hunt, who said USC has always been his dream school, landed an offer this summer from the Trojans and quickly decided it was the right place.

Even though other visits could happen through this fall, the Lancaster Paraclete standout said it’s going to be really tough to flip him to another school. It sounds like it could be nearly impossible.

“It’s at the top,” Hunt said of USC. “It’s going to be very hard for me to de-commit.

“It’s the home team. The home team always has the advantage. When I go up there coach Tee (Martin), the fans and the players always invite me there so it feels like home there.”

The three-star receiver said he’s not certain when he’s going to take his USC official visit but that he plans to be at games often this season.
