Three-star signal caller pulls the trigger

Three-star quarterback Marcus McDade (6-3, 190) from Stockton (Calif.) St. Mary's came into the season as little known quarterback, but he sure made his presence known with some very impressive camp performances. The strong armed signal caller made his college decision.
"I committed to Fresno State," McDade said. "They were the first to call and they stuck by the whole year. I'm excited to be a Bulldog.

"The first thing I like about Fresno State are their coaches," McDade said. "They are real down to earth guys.
"They care about you becoming a great man," McDade said. "They're not just about football, but they care about your future, too."
McDade is the type of prospect that made the Fresno State program the original giant killer. He flew under the recruiting radar because, he only had one year as a starter, but he made the most of the opportunity throwing for over 2,600 yards and 32 touchdowns against only two interceptions. What does that say about his decision making ability?
McDade's senior season performance saw him earn his League's Offensive Player of the Year and was first-team quarterback.
Washington State wanted to offer McDade a greyshirt while LSU and Memphis also showed recruiting interest.
This is a good get for the Bulldogs.
