Three-star returns from Arizona

Even though Victor Dean Jr. (6-6, 197) from San Diego (Calif.) Lincoln is a soft commit, he is taking visits to other schools. He went to Arizona this weekend and may visit one more Pac 10 school in January.
"Once I got to practice I liked how Arizona had music playing and everything," Dean said about his first impression about the Wildcats. "That's the first time I ever experienced that and I liked that a lot."

"Another thing that stood out to me was their weight room and it had a sand pit in there," Dean said. "That's the first time I saw that, and I liked that too.
"I also like liked the tempo of the practice," Dean said. "They were like really laid back, but the tempo was up. I liked the way the practice was run.
"We also talked about the business program," Dean said. "I know that I'll have chance once I graduate and get my degree that it will be worth something."
Arizona joined Colorado State and Fresno State as schools that he has visited.
"Colorado State was good," Dean said. "I had fun, but it was real cold. They have new practice facilities and they have an inside field, too, so that was real cool. I like that."
"My first visit was to Fresno State and I'm committed to them," Dean said. "I do like Arizona. It is a matter of me sitting down with my family and deciding what is best.
"I like that Fresno State runs a pro style offense," Dean said. "My goal is to get to the league so playing in a pro style offense would help a lot.
"I'm supposed to go to Washington in early January," Dean said. "That's the only other visit that I have right now. I think I'll be going on January 8th."
Dean recently had received an offer from Utah State, but they are kind of late to the party.
Dean didn't know the amount of catches he had, but he said had over 1,200 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns. That is quite a season.
The scouting report on Dean is he deceptively fast and he's a fierce competitor. He's very tough and is not afraid to make the catch over the middle. He's a pretty good route runner, but is working on getting even better.
Dean also has an offer from his local school San Diego State, but he kind of wants to get out of San Diego to attend school.
