The Fresno (Calif.) Clovis North three-star running back received positive reviews from both coaching staffs and he's hopeful his recruitment picks up with both in the coming months.
"I went to both schools," Olornfunmi said. "When we went to USC, they pretty much talked about how coach (Steve Sarkisian) has a vision about where he wants to take the program and his goals. They talked about how they're going to make it to the top this coming season.
"At UCLA they just talked about how great the school is, the education system and how they're planning to build more facilities."
So far the 6-foot, 210-pound running back has been offered by Fresno State, Nevada, Northwestern and Eastern Washington.
Olornfunmi, who has been hearing from other Pac-12 programs, recently took a trip to Northwestern and said the Wildcats definitely impressed him. It's still too early to name frontrunners with so much interest coming in.
As for the two Pac-12 schools, the Fresno Clovis North standout said he's hopeful USC and UCLA could offer, especially after seeing him in spring practice.
"USC said they're going to come down and film me practicing and take it back and we'll see from there," Olornfunmi said. "They could offer if they like what they see.
"UCLA is interested, too, after talking with coach (Jim) Mora. He was talking about how they have interest in me and I think that will be an offer sometime soon."
