Three-star RB adds two scholies

Three-star running back Latavius Murray has added two more scholarship offers. The Nedrow (N.Y.) Onondaga Central tailback added the scholies from the ACC and Big East.
"I got offers from Maryland and Connecticut," he said. "My coach informed me that Maryland text messaged and said they were sending the offer over, while UConn offered last week.

"I just need to start going to see these schools and evaluate them to get a fee for what they offer. Then I'll know a little bit more and be able to start narrowing things down."
With that in mind, the 6-foot-3, 215-pounder is planning to hit a variety of camps this summer.
"I'm trying to get down to Michigan and then I want to go visit Boston College," he said. "I may go to Maryland too and then I'm planning to see my dad in Florida and would like to check out UCF also."
There are no obvious leaders right now, so what is the No. 53 running back in the country looking for in a college?
"I just really want to be in a nice area," he said. "I want a good program and the chance to play in a good league with a team that has history. Location doesn't really matter to me, I'm just looking at the school."
Murray isn't sure about a decision at this time either.
"I'll don't want to rush anything, so I'll probably wait until the time is right. I think I want to at least take some of my official visits."
