"Bowling Green and Ball State called today (Sept. 1)."
"But I'm down to three schools, West Virginia, Bowling Green, and Iowa. They all offered."
"West Virginia's my favorite. I like the coaching staff. And the atmosphere and the facilities."
"Sometime either this week or next week I'll decide."
Turner threw for 2100 yards and 21 touchdowns during his junior season. He also rushed for 300 yards.
The 6-foot-3 and 195 pound Turner, from Dayton (Ohio) Chaminade, is the Rivals.com number 21 pro-style quarterback prospect. He has a three star rating.
