Three star QB down to two schools

Palatine (Ill.) Fremd quarterback Scott Tolzien has made official visits to Toledo and Kentucky. He may take one more visit before he makes a decision.
"Signing day is a couple weeks away," Tolzien said. "So I have to decide pretty soon.

"Toledo is probably my No. 1 option right now. I waited too long on Kentucky and they got two other quarterbacks."
However Tolzien says he wants to wait at least a little longer and see if an offer from Wisconsin comes through.
"I'm supposed to hear back from them," Tolzien said.
But if an offer does not come through from the Badgers, and perhaps even if it does, Toledo is a positive situation to Tolzien.
"First off they have a great football program," Tolzien said. "They are near the top of the MAC every year.
"I took my visit there and it was real nice. It's a good fit for me."
The 6-foot-2 and 174-pound Tolzien threw for 2000 yards in leading his team to a 10-1 record this past season. Tolzien threw for 26 touchdowns with just five interceptions.
Tolzien is the No. 32 pro-style quarterback in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 29 prospect in the state of Illinois.
