Flower Mound, Texas cornerback/wide receiver Collin Ashley took two official visits in December. Now, the three-star rated prospect is waiting to hear from one school.
"I talked to the coaches at Kansas State," the 6-foot, 170-pound Ashley said. "They told me this coming up weekend, they are getting back together and sitting down making a decision on a lot of people.
"They are going to evaluate some people and make decisions on what they are going to do as far as offering or not. I should know something from them next week, I would think."
Ashley also visited SMU in December.
"Everything is still going about the same. Really no new schools are recruiting me. I've been hearing from some small schools, but I've told them I am not really interested. I'm just wanting to see what comes up with what is in front of me."
Ashley emerged as a wide receiver this season catching 71 passes for 955 yards and 17 touchdowns while earning second team all-state honors.
