Three-star LB Reddick focused on the season

Three-star linebacker Kevin Reddick out of New Bern, N.C. has helped his team to a 4-2 record this season. The 6-foot-2, 208-pounder has been a big part of that and played well early in the year.
"The season is going well," he said. "We had a bad start, but if we keep working hard we'll make it to where we want to be.

"I've been doing pretty well. I don't know my statistics exactly. I can tell you last game I had 12 tackles, a sack and an interception for a touchdown. I know the tackles are pretty normal. We also haven't been giving up too many points either. I can say that I've been making more plays with help from my defensive line."
On the recruiting front, little has changed for Reddick in recent weeks.
"I'm starting to look into unofficial visits," he said. "I just don't know where I'm considering.
"I haven't even cut my list yet. I've got the same seven offers, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, Clemson, South Carolina, ECU, NC State and Alabama. I'm also hearing a lot from one new school, Tennessee. They have already have seen some film and want to see me in person before offering."
While Reddick isn't prepared to cut his list quite yet, he is in regular contact with numerous coaches.
"I enjoy talking to all the coaches," he said. "I hear from South Carolina, ECU, Clemson and UNC a lot."
The No. 27 outside linebacker in the country mentioned he still plans to take officials as well.
"I do want to take all five of them after the season."
Obviously Reddick is open. What is he looking for in a school?
"Basically, I can't say education because any college I go to will give me a solid degree. I do want to study strength and conditioning. Other than that, I just want to feel at home and I'm looking at somewhere that'll get me to the next level."
