Three-star linebacker Darien Harris is looking at a couple more visits before summer wraps up. The 6-foot-1, 210-pounder claims eight scholarships at this time, does anyone lead?
"I've already been to Duke and I'm planning to head to Michigan State in two weeks. I was going to try to get down to Georgia Tech, but I don't know if that'll work," he said. "I've still got offers from Duke, ECU, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan State, Ohio, Purdue, Syracuse and UCF.
"Most of my interest is coming from the schools that have offered. Everybody else wants to watch my senior tape."

Who else is intrigued?
"Oregon has been talking to me a lot, Wisconsin said they could offer once they see some film at safety," he said. "NC State is also interested."
Harris claims no favorites at this time.
"It's kind of open," he said. "Everybody is the same and I'm trying to balance everything out and see as many places as possible. I absolutely want to take all of my official visits.
"I want to look around for a major academic school, that's No. 1 for me and then an opportunity to play early. I also want a dedicated staff that really cares about me."
