Three-star kicker headed North
Scott Webb is no stranger to Kansas. He has a relative living there and his father, David, attended the University of Kansas.
Now Webb will do the same.

“I committed to Kansas tonight,” Webb said. “Bill Young, who recruits this area, offered a me a scholarship on Sunday. I talked it over with my parents and decided to commit.”
Webb has converted on 67-of-69 extra points this year and has been automatic from inside 35 yards. He kicked one from 65 yards this year in practice off a one inch tee.
He was also being recruited by Illinois, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Massachusetts.
