Three-star has favorite

Three-star athlete prospect Aaron Harris (5-9, 167, 4.6) from Baldwin Park, Calif., is one of the most versatile players from the Golden State out of the class of 2007.
"Some teams like me as a corner while others like me as a running back," Harris said. "Where I end up playing, I'm kind of debating."

"My coach tells me that I could probably play at the highest level as a corner," Harris said. "He also said that I will have opportunities as a running back because I have elusiveness and great vision."
"Right now I'm leaning toward Arizona that is where my heart is," Harris said. "I still want to take visits so anything could still happen."
"I have my five visits already picked out," Harris said. "I'm going to visit Arizona, Washington, Nebraska, Cal and Utah."
Baldwin Park coach James Heggins told Rivals.com in an earlier interview.
"Aaron is a great athletic talent, he is a great young man who understands the big picture. He is very coachable and plays a number of positions for us and has the athleticism to do so. He's very adaptable and gets the job done."
"Aaron is not attached to any particular position to where if we move him he gets mad," Heggins said. "We have played him at corner and a hybrid safety-linebacker where he's closer to the line of scrimmage against a run dominated team."
Harris earned first-team all-league and second-team all-area as a junior after rushing for 2,097 yards and 32 touchdowns. He was also Back of the Year for his league.
On the defensive side of the ball he racked up 50 tackles and picked off four passes. He had approximately 200 interception return yards in 2005.
Harris is a member of the Rivals.com California top 100 team for the class of 2007 and lands as the Golden State's No. 44 prospect at any position.
