Three-star DL gets Pac 10 offer

One of the most impressive players we saw over the camp season this past summer was three-star defensive end William Sutton (6-1, 260, 4.9) from Corona (Calif.) Centennial and he has continued his fine play his senior season.
Even though Sutton is drawing more attention by the opposing team than Jessica Alba sunbathing on beach, he is still has accounted for 38 tackles, 3.5 sacks and one blocked kick.

One the recruiting trail, Sutton has offers on the table from Colorado State, San Diego State, UNLV, Boise State, Fresno State, Nevada and Nebraska. He picked up his first Pac 10 offer and he is getting attention from other Pac 10 teams.
"I just received an offer from Arizona State on Sunday Night," Sutton said. "It made me happy. It was my first offer from a Pac 10 school."
"I'm talking to Oregon State, Arizona and UCLA," Sutton said. "Washington is sending me letters."
"I have set a visit to Fresno State, on January 9th," Sutton said. "That's it for set visits right now."
"Other schools have given me dates for visits, but I haven't chosen which ones," Sutton said. "Colorado State and Nebraska want me to visit. I'm trying to visit them both."
"I'm also in the process of setting up a visit to Arizona State when they play Washington State on November 8th."
As a junior, Sutton earned all-league, all-CIF and second-team all-county. On a very talented team, Sutton earned his team's Defensive Lineman of the Year award after accounting for 70 tackles, 3.5 sacks and one fumble recovery.
Sutton was selected to the Rivals.com California Preseason Top 100 for the class of 2009 landing as a the Golden State's No. 43 prospect at any position.
